Commerx Adds Record Number of Clients in 1st Quarter of 2006

Commerx Corporation, a leading provider of Internet solutions, today announced that they have sold a record number of new clients based on quarterly sales for the 1st quarter of 2006. Commerx Acquires OIL & GAS Materials Management Software

Commerx Acquires OIL & GAS Materials Management Software and Brands as MATwerx. Commerx Corporation, a leading provider of Internet solutions, today announced that acquisition of a leading upstream Oil & Gas Materials Management Software product. MATwerx is a web based solution and allows companies to move materials around within their company with full reporting capabilities. MATwerx is a systematic approach to standardized field inventory control to fit the complex nature of upstream oil and gas production. MATwerx was developed to satisfy operational, accounting and managerial requirements.

The system uses secure web technology to interface with a central database to:

  • Simplify day-to-day transactions
  • Verify cost codes
  • Create a constant audit trail

Commerx Deployment of Major Data Centre Upgrade

Commerx is pleased to announce the we are currently undergoing some major upgrades and enhancements to our in-house data centre and hosting facility. Some of these upgrades are already operational, with the remainder set to "go live" later next month.

Upgrades include:
