GPS Central is a completely independent, North American business specializing in GPS products with an emphasis on the American recreational and marine GPS market.  In operating and offering GPS customer support services since 1999, GARMIN confirmed that GPS Central was its leading dealer within the Canadian marketplace.

challenge:

When approaching the prospect of a website redesign and redevelopment, GPS Central had a simple mandate – their new website needed to be adventurous, distinctly different from the competition, and must demonstrate an expert knowledge of GPS and GPS products – no small task.

solution: Extensive in-house focus groups steered our Media Department and the overall design process, resulting in a web store like no other – characterized with strong imagery, elegant conversion opportunities and even including a video based website assistant. Our Development Team fleshed out the backend with a brand new storefront, seamlessly integrated with GPS Central’s existing third party inventory management system, to track and sell over 3500 GPS related products.
